I’m Scott Holzman. I live in Easthampton, Massachusetts. I want to feel as human as possible.

I’m a facilitator and collaboration designer, working with a wide range of groups to help people think clearly, support each other, and move through complexity.

I’m a poet and systems thinker, writing about identity, memory, ai, power, anxiety, and how strange it feels trying to do things well in a burning world. I believe in grace, rigor, and weirdness. I believe good process is a kind of love. I believe in ducks.
